Bolton Landing
The study of bacteria in aquatic systems has been an important topic of research at the Darrin Fresh Water Institute. In this lab, bacterial constituents of aquatic systems are cultured, isolated and examined. Equipment includes incubators, plating systems, and an anaerobic hood (for culturing bacteria which cannot live in an environment with oxygen).
Analytical services are provided only to staff and guest research scientists, we no longer offer water testing for the general public.
